In the Focus Groups our members are encouraged to share their knowledge, best and less good practices, insights and concerns openly. Discussions are governed by the Traffic Light Protocol and Chatham Rules to establish a trust-based environment, a prerequisite for effective peer-to-peer collaboration. This collaboration is also supported by a Microsoft 365 platform.
